How quickly will I receive my SMTP credentials?
Delivery is automatic. As soon as Cryptomus confirms your payment, an SMTP account is assigned to your order and you can reveal it in your dashboard. How long confirmation takes depends on the coin and network you pay with.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment for 30 or 365 days, and nothing is ever charged automatically. When your period ends you can buy a new plan, which is delivered as a new set of credentials.
What kind of email can I send?
Transactional email — such as receipts, password resets and notifications — and messages to people who have opted in to hear from you. Spam, purchased or scraped lists, phishing, malware and impersonation are prohibited by our acceptable use policy and can lead to suspension.
Which cryptocurrencies can I pay with?
Payments are processed by Cryptomus. You can choose from the coins and networks Cryptomus offers at checkout, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and Litecoin. Prices are set in US dollars and converted when you pay.
What if a plan is out of stock or my payment has a problem?
Plans without available stock cannot be ordered, and an SMTP account is reserved for you before you are sent to pay. If a payment arrives short, the order stays on hold until the full amount is received. If anything goes wrong, open a support ticket from your dashboard with your order number and we will help.
How are my SMTP credentials kept secure?
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, never sent by email, and only revealed in your dashboard after you re-enter your account password. Keep them private — if you think they have been exposed, contact support right away.
